Manuel’s River Foraging & Mixology Event

Our next social event of the summer brought us to the Manuel’s River Interpretation Centre. The event started with a walk along the trail where we found some of the edible plants that can be found in this region of Newfoundland. After the walk, we had some food and made some Mocktails using some edible plants! It was a great event! Thank you to the staff at Manuel’s River for having us!
